Step 2 ~ Please read the Rules and Regulation Handbook.

Step 3 ~ Please fill out the Distributor Application in its entirety.

Step 4 ~ Please mail the WHITE copy to the Omnitrition Home Office in the envelope provided. (Original application must be received by Omnitrition, please do not fax.)

Step 5 ~ Please mail the PINK copy to your sponsor and keep the YELLOW copy for your records.

Step 6 ~ Once your application is received by the Omnitrition Home Office, you may place your order with a 20% discount! Just call 1-800-446-1025 or you may use the enclosed order form to fax your order to 775-335-4750.

We've also included 2 Wholesale Buyers Club applications. This allows you to sign up customers to get a 15% discount without becoming a distributor for a $25.00 fee. This will allow you to receive commissions on their purchases also. You can sign up as many people into the Buyers Club as you wish.
